Refund policy
At Stike Studios, we aim to be transparent about our shipping and refund conditions. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following policy.
1. Shipping Without Tracking
Customers may choose a shipping option without a tracking code, which is offered at a lower cost. However, this option does not allow the shipment to be tracked.
For this reason, orders shipped without a tracking code are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Delivery delays
- Lost packages
- Packages marked as not received
By selecting this shipping option, the customer accepts full responsibility for the shipment once it has been dispatched.
2. Shipping With Tracking
Customers may also choose shipping with a tracking code, which allows the package to be monitored during transit.
For orders shipped with tracking, refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged.
To request a refund, the customer must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging
After reviewing the evidence, Stike Studios may choose to:
- Issue a refund for the product, or
- Send a replacement, depending on product availability.
3. Acceptance of Policy
By completing a purchase from Stike Studios, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
